Make sure you put the RA Request Number on the package in 2 places so it doesn’t get lost!! Its your responsibility to ship and pay for the return postage. Once we have received your product it will be processed in 24 hrs. or less. ONLY RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOT THE WHOLE PAIR.
